Butter Creams can be flavored with most fruits (limitless) but it will change color and is recommended as filling.
Please remember we are in Florida and humidity and heat matter! Choose your fillings wisely. Your cake will stand for several hours to be decorated and several more hours for your reception.
Our goal is to provide a beautiful cake that stands strong, tastes terrific and looks beautiful. If we fill your choice compromises your cake we will be honest in our opinions.
